About the Role We’re a growing Twitch channel looking for a hype, creative teammate to keep chat clean and energized, and turn VODs into shareable clips, memes, and highlight reels across arenaflex, Instagram, X, and more. If you live for funny moments, peak plays, and viral edits — come help build the brand and grow with us. What You’ll Do • Run live chat: enforce rules, ban trolls, time out spammers, hype subs/followers, and engage in-stream when appropriate. • Clip and edit VODs into short-form content (Reels/Shorts/TikToks/X videos) and longer arenaflex highlights. • Create eye-catching thumbnails, captions, and meme-ready cuts. • Push content across platforms or hand off to scheduler; optimize for each platform’s best practices. • Track what’s popping, test hooks/thumbnails, and bring new content ideas (challenges, series, trends). • Work closely with the streamer on creative direction and community events. Must-Haves • Twitch/mod experience — you know how to read chat and act fast. • Solid video editing skills (Premiere, Final Cut, CapCut, DaVinci Resolve, etc.). • Know how to make viral short-form content: hooks, pacing, captions, aspect ratios. • Basic thumbnail/graphic skills (Canva, Photoshop, or similar). • Reliable, communicative, and able to meet quick turnaround times. • Links to past edits/clips or a portfolio. Nice-to-Haves • Familiar with OBS, Streamlabs, Discord moderation, and common mod bots (Nightbot, BTTV, FFZ). • Experience growing channels or running creator collabs. • Comfortable streaming with the team occasionally (co-stream/mod cam). Hours & Pay • Part-time, flexible; must cover key stream times (usually evenings) and deliver timely clips after streams. • Pay: negotiable (hourly, per-clip, or retainer) + potential bonuses/revenue share as the channel grows. • Opportunity for more hours and higher pay with proven growth results.
