Learn more at https://www.jnj.com/innovative-medicine<br><br><strong><strong>Job Description:<br><br></strong></strong>You will cover the GTA West region and join our Hematology Sales Team supporting and detailing DARZALEX, TECVAYLI and CARVYKTI to Hematologist/Oncologists and Medical Oncologists in the assigned territory.<br><br><strong>The Territory Manager Is Accountable For:<br><br></strong><ul><li>Developing and implementing business plans and sales strategies aligned with company and brand-specific customer objectives</li><li>Applying clinical fluency and insights-based consultative selling to build support for Johnson & Johnson products</li><li>Gaining access and influencing customer decision-making to achieve territory sales forecasts and market share growth</li><li>Providing valuable solutions and technical support to customers</li><li>Sharing key field insights to the broader cross-functional team<br><br></li></ul><strong><strong>Primary Responsibilities:<br><br></strong></strong>In this role, your responsibilities include but are not limited to:<br><br><ul><li>Sharing key field insights to the broader cross-functional team</li><li>Demonstrate expertise in identifying key business drivers within the assigned region or customer group and effectively plan and allocate resources through a formalized territory business plan</li><li>Leverage strong analytical insights, innovative strategies, and customer engagement to deliver value by selecting the optimal mix of activities tailored to customer needs</li><li>Utilize clinical and therapeutic expertise to influence decision-making, providing technical and educational support to HCPs while leveraging a diverse patient support network</li><li>Become an acknowledged expert within the territory by developing a deep understanding of the healthcare environment, including customers, products, competitors, and regulatory landscapes</li><li>Use CRM tools (iConnect/Veeva) for planning, execution, and tracking of sales activities, including omni-channel outreach and educational event coordination</li><li>Identify and address HCP education needs by aligning with educational platforms and organizing regional learning activities</li><li>Ensure compliance with company policies, training standards, and CRM metrics while fostering a culture of customer-centricity and integrity</li><li>Analyze territory data to develop and execute agile strategic business plans, prioritizing high-value customers and driving results in key segments</li><li>Participate actively in sales meetings, regional and national business reviews, and medical conferences, sharing best practices and aligning with team objectives</li><li>Innovate and implement compliant strategies to enhance customer engagement and achieve business goals</li><li>Collaborate with business partners in Sales, Marketing, Medical Affairs and Access to plan and co-ordinate meetings, symposia and other CME related activities to consolidate plans aimed at addressing customer and organizational needs that optimize patient experience</li><li>Adhoc/occasional work on company workstream projects<br><br></li></ul><strong><strong>Qualifications:<br><br></strong></strong><ul><li>Possess a Bachelor’s degree - preferably Life Sciences or Business</li><li>Minimum of 3+ years of direct sales experience with a proven track record of success in health care or related industry</li><li>Experience calling on Medical Oncologists and/or Hematologist/Oncologists is an asset</li><li>Results-driven with a demonstrated strong sense of critical thinking and analysis as well as a demonstrated entrepreneurial approach to business decision-making</li><li>Demonstrated ability (with supportive examples) in business planning skills including customer engagement strategies, and needs-based problem-solving</li><li>Motivated self-starter - demonstrated initiative</li><li>Strong understanding and execution of customer segmentation models and prioritized targeting in line with brand(s) strategies</li><li>Strong customer focus and collaboration skills</li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft applications and a comfort level for learning new technological platforms</li><li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills</li><li>Must live within GTA West (territory includes from West Toronto, west to St. Catharines, north to Newmarket) and be willing/able to travel to other parts of territory on a frequent basis</li><li>A valid driver’s license and clean driving record required (no infractions)<br><br></li></ul><em>A pre-identified candidate for consideration has been identified.
