POSITION OVERVIEW:

Manages the design, development, and support of IT systems and infrastructure. Oversees daily operations, ensures service reliability, and leads technical teams in delivering scalable and secure solutions. Implements policy and strategy for short-term results. Problems faced are difficult to complex.

ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:
1.    Manage, lead and develop a professional IT staff, coordinating daily operations across infrastructure, applications, and support.
2.    Lead system analysis, software development, and implementation of projects.
3.    Conduct feasibility studies and cost-benefit analyses for new IT initiatives.
4.    Ensure system uptime, performance, and security through proactive monitoring and maintenance.
5.    Collaborate with business units to align IT services with organizational needs.
6.    Support cloud-based services, remote work infrastructure, and hybrid environments.
7.    Comply with all applicable laws/regulations, as well as company policies/procedures.
8.    Perform other duties as assigned.

Pay Transparency:

The compensation listed reflects the pay range or rate of pay reasonably expected for this posted position at the posted location(s). If this opportunity includes multiple job levels, the pay information represents the minimum and maximum range for all levels. Actual pay is determined by job-related factors permitted by law and relevant to the position, such as experience, tenure, market level, pay at the location for this job, performance, schedule, and work assignment. Pay Range: $116,600.00 - $204,050.00 per year

This compensation range is a reasonable estimate of the current starting pay range in NJ. If this opportunity includes multiple job levels, the range is a reasonable estimate of the current starting salary for the lowest level to the current starting salary of the highest level. Actual starting pay is determined by experience relative to the job, market level, specific location and other job-related factors permitted by law. Regular full & part-time employees (who complete 91 days of employment and work a minimum average of 12 hours per week) are eligible to enroll in medical, dental, and/or vision coverage, tuition reimbursement. Full/part-time employees who are age 21 are eligible for 401(k) after one month of employment.


QUALIFICATIONS:

•    Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
•    Five (5) years of systems development experience, including programming and technical project leadership. Experience in both mainframe and client/server environments.
•    Proficiency in software development, systems analysis, and IT operations.
•    Experience with ITIL, DevOps practices, and service management tools.
•    Strong leadership and team management skills.
•    Effective communication and stakeholder engagement abilities.
•    Familiarity with cloud platforms, virtualization, and network infrastructure.
•    Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize competing demands.
