As a Loan Support Analyst within PNC’s Real Estate Loan organization, you will be based in Pittsburgh, PA, Dallas, TX or Cincinnati, OH. This position may be eligible for remote work in select geographic locations, subject to approval by PNC. If approved, work must be conducted from a quiet, secure, and confidential home-based workspace. Occasional in-office participation may be required based on business needs. As a Loan Support Analyst, you will review Commercial Loan documents based on the credit approvals. Responsibilities include making sure all required documents are received and that the documents have been executed accurately. You will be expected to review loan docs such as Notes, Loan Agreements, Resolutions and Amendments.. You would be servicing the loan, including but not limited to advances, payments, reprice setting, etc. Hours for this role are Monday - Friday, 8:15 am EST - 5:00 pm EST. Work may be performed from a quiet, confidential space in a home location, approved by PNC. This position may not be available in all geographic locations. Job Description Applies specialty product knowledge to close or administer high complexity or high risk syndicated and/or commercial loan transactions. May have responsibility for fulfilling key fiduciary obligations associated with the Banks Agent role; validating construction due diligence requirements; and/or monitoring construction progress and draw requirements. Directly interacts with high revenue/high profile corporate and/or commercial real estate clients. Reviews customized commercial, legal, and related due diligence documentation and reporting to ensure adherence to complex deal structures and/or regulatory compliance requirements. Consults and advises customers, investors, capital markets loan syndications and/or commercial real estate deal teams, as well as external and internal business partners to execute transactions. Reviews transactions and related documents, including collateral and construction requirements. Verifies work processes to ensure completeness, accuracy, and conformance to credit approvals, legal documents, established service levels and applicable procedures. Determines whether loan disbursements can be made, or if additional documentation or escalations is required Reviews reports to identify exceptions, monitor quality and ensure compliance. Participates in risk mitigation activities. May serve as a subject matter resource and may provide specialty product training. Requirements

  • Successful candidates must demonstrate appropriate knowledge, skills, and abilities for a role.
  • Roles at this level typically require a university / college degree with < 1 year of professional experience and/or successful completion of a formal development program.
  • In lieu of a degree, a comparable combination of education, job specific certification(s), and experience (including military service) may be considered.
