**Job Summary**

PART TIME, EVENT BASED, IN PARTNERSHIP WITH FISERV FORUM, MILWAUKEE BUCKS, AND MARQUETTE EAGLES

$26.07/HR, UNION POSITION.

Major Areas of Responsibility

Service

+ Completes steps of service to ensure utmost guest satisfaction

+ Understands and can describe menu offerings, packaging/presentation and pricing

+ Responds to guest needs and requests

+ Always exceeds guest expectations

+ Adheres to location appearance guidelines

+ Acts with a sense of urgency and provides friendly, efficient service to teammates and guests

Controls

+ Maintains service areas

+ Employs good safety and sanitation practices

+ Follows responsible alcohol service policies

+ Thoroughly completes all station set-up and breakdown responsibilities

+ Communicates guest issues to management

+ Adheres to Levy Restaurants Company guidelines as stated in team member training manual and employee handbook

Team

+ Displays a positive attitude toward teammates and managers

+ Helps fellow team members whenever necessary

+ Always on time and ready to perform required duties

Job Requirements

+ 1-2 years of relevant experience preferred

+ Lifts and transports up to 40 lbs.

+ Frequently reaches, lifts, stoops, bends and cleans to maintain service area

+ Walks and stands during entire shift

+ Possible job hazards include, but are not limited to; slips, trips, falls, burns, cuts and strains

+ Must be of legal age to serve alcohol and possess any required certifications to do so

+ Able to communicate effectively with managers, guests and teammates by speaking and comprehending EnglishIn addition to the initial job duties of a Catering team member

+ Reports to Catering Management

+ Assure all BEOs for building drops/events have been read, completely set, and executed

+ Assists in training and guiding new hires on job duties, proper food safety, sanitation procedures, and food presentation

+ Setup, clean, and organize catering spaces on non-event days

+ Assists in keeping catering storage spaces clean and organized

+ Assists any team members with their events/rooms however business needs see fit
