In this role, you will act as a frontline expert and brand ambassador, managing diverse communication streams to ensure every customer receives the high-quality support they deserve. As a Bilingual Customer Service Representative in the sales & marketing category, you will play a pivotal role in modernizing the mortgage industry. You will handle inbound inquiries, guide clients through digital portals, and ensure the integrity of financial data with a "service-first" mindset. Responsibilities
• Cultivate positive relationships by providing clear, helpful, and professional support for every customer inquiry in English and French.
• Protect client confidentiality by diligently following identity verification steps and privacy guidelines.
• Learn and apply mortgage product knowledge to process account updates and transactions within established timelines.
• Maintain high standards of data integrity by recording comprehensive, professional notes within each customer file.
• Introduce customers to the benefits of the online portal, assisting with registration and basic troubleshooting.
• Contribute to team-wide success through reliable schedule adherence and seamless hand-offs to specialized departments.
• Manage a high volume of inbound calls and digital messages while maintaining low hold times.
• Act as the operational engine for the customer service, tax, and default teams by resolving technical requests.
• Issue welcome letters and ingestion notes to ensure a seamless "Day 1" experience for new clients.
• Execute custom account requests, such as payment frequency updates and bank information changes, with precision.

Qualifications
• Minimum of one (1) year of experience in residential mortgage administration, financial services, or a call center environment.
• Proven track record of success in a sales & marketing or customer-facing role.
• Must be located in Western Canada (British Columbia, Alberta, Saskatchewan, or Manitoba).
• Ability to work 35-40 hours per week during standard business hours.
• Reliable high-speed internet connection and a dedicated home office space.
• Post-secondary education in business, finance, or a related field is considered a strong asset.
