<p>Aon is looking to hire an Account Executive/Broker III who is responsible for the day-to-day account management and broking of high net worth personal insurance programs.</p><p><em><strong>This is a virtual position based out of the Mid-West.</strong></em></p><p><br>The Account Executive/Broker III builds, expands, and solidifies relationships with existing and prospective clients. Leads appropriate resources to address the needs of the client/prospective client, thereby retaining and growing a profitable book of business. May also include Group Excess Liability programs.</li><li>Brokers and maintains required insurance policies and risk management solutions on behalf of clients.</li><li>Conducts annual reviews for clients ahead of key renewal dates.</li><li>Coordinates all client related billing matters and maintains aged receivables report.</li><li>Works with Client Services team and assigned Coordinator to process changes and other client requests in a timely manner.</li><li>Maintains an awareness of all large and potentially complicated claim related matters and assists in the negotiation of equitable claim settlements on behalf of clients.</li><li>Engages internal and external resources as required in order to Empower Results on behalf of our clients.</li><li>Achieves assigned annual revenue growth and retention metrics. Supports growth of book of business through rounding of accounts and through new business production.</li><li>The time service standard: returning a phone call within 24 hours and responding to email by the end of the day.</li><li>Develops and maintains meaningful working relationships with insurers, clients, referral sources and colleagues through regular contact and interaction.</li><li>Maintains awareness of all insurance carrier partner products, services and systems.</li><li>Fully utilizes internal client management system to maintain policies, client correspondence, coordinate billing activities and manage client related tasks.</li><li>Achieves assigned transparency and disclosure and compliance goals.</li><li>Fosters innovative solutions to drive success for our clients.</li></ul><p><strong>Skills and experience that will lead to success:</strong></p><ul><li>Property and Casualty Broker\'s License required.</li><li>Appropriate insurance designations such as: CPCU, CIC,CPRM, CPRIA,AFIS or ARM completed or in process is preferred.</li><li>At least 5 years of client service experience.</li><li>High net-worth personal insurance experience required.</li></ul><p><strong>Education:</strong></p><ul><li>Bachelor\'s degree or equivalent years of industry experience.</li></ul><p><strong>How we support our colleagues:</strong></p><p>In addition to our comprehensive benefits package, we encourage a diverse workforce. The actual salary will vary based on applicant\'s education, experience, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data. The salary may also be adjusted based on applicant\'s geographic location.</p><p>The salary range reflected is based on a primary work location of Chicago, IL. The actual salary may vary for applicants in a different geographic location.</p><p>This position is eligible to participate in one of Aon\'s annual incentive plans to receive production incentives in addition to base salary.
