Under a new CEO, Tech Mahindra is committed to a transformative journey with 'Scale @ Speed' as our guiding principle Job Summary: We are looking for a highly experienced Senior Tosca Engineer with strong SAP domain knowledge and extensive experience in Tricentis Tosca Automation . The ideal candidate must have a strong understanding of SAP business processes , hands-on experience in Tosca Test Data Service (TDS) and Distributed Execution (DEX), and a proven ability to build end-to-end automation frameworks using industry best practices. This is a client – facing role requiring strong communication and client interaction skills are essential. Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, and maintain end-to-end test automation scenarios for SAP applications using Tosca. Work closely with SAP functional/technical teams to identify automation opportunities and define business process flows. Create and manage test data using Tosca Test Data Service (TDS) to support data-driven testing across environments. Design and configure Distributed Execution (DEX) environments for scalable and parallel test execution. Maintain Tosca automation assets such as reusable modules, test cases, test sheets, and execution lists. Collaborate with QA leads, developers, and business stakeholders to ensure test coverage, traceability, and risk-based testing. Integrate Tosca automation with CI/CD pipelines and test management tools such as ALM. Provide expert consultation to clients, conduct demos, and participate in automation strategy planning. Troubleshoot and resolve automation issues; analyze test failures and implement corrective actions. Promote and apply automation best practices, maintain documentation, and drive continuous improvements. Required Skills & Qualifications Minimum 8 to 12 years of experience in test automation with at least 5 years in Tosca. Strong experience automating SAP GUI, SAP Web, and SAP Fiori applications using Tosca. Proficient in Tosca Test Data Service (TDS) for test data creation, management, and parameterization. Expertise in setting up and managing Tosca Distributed Execution (DEX) agents and execution jobs. Deep understanding of Tosca modules like TBox, TestCase Design (TCD), Requirements, and Execution Lists. Experience in creating reusable and maintainable test artifacts using Tosca best practices. Solid knowledge of SAP business processes and ability to generate test data directly in SAP. Excellent communication and client-facing skills. Ability to work independently and in agile, cross-functional teams. Nice to Have: Tricentis Tosca certification(s). Familiarity with test management and CI/CD tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, Jenkins, etc. Knowledge of test strategy design, risk-based testing, and agile QA practices. The pay range for this role is $120,000 - $140,000 per annum including any bonuses or variable pay.
