Responsibilities

Leading software development by gathering functional / non-functional

requirements, driving technical decisions, teaming and capacity planning.

Lead design, product development of Knowledge platforms and Applied AI to

modern development experiences and AI Native UX.

Manage a team of ICs with focus on individual project priorities, deadlines and

deliverables

Result oriented mindset with an affinity to produce high quality platforms

Define, implement, and automate the continuous deployment of highly available,

production workloads with zero downtime, along with operational metrics for

monitoring

Acting as the technical subject matter expert: Mentoring highly talented engineers

while demonstrating technical expertise and drive solutions for challenging

problems

Experience with Agile Development, SCRUM, or Extreme Programming

methodologies

Engage with the open-source community, collaborate with third-party partners

and contributors

Evangelize the product through blogs, social media, demos and presentations at

conferences, and meet-ups


Qualifications

BS/MS in Computer Science or equivalent work experience

12+ years of experience with at least 3+ years working as manager leading

applied AI / ML products and experiences.

Experience building large, high traffic platforms in at least three of Python, LLMs,

RAG, Knowledge Graphs etc

Hands on expertise in data modeling & preprocessing, including data cleaning

like tokenization, stemming, lemmatization, etc. and organization using tools

like Vector Stores, Semantic Clustering Techniques, Graph DBs etc

Seasoned in Python, Pandas, NumPy and deep learning frameworks like

TensorFlow, PyTorch, etc

A solid grasp of AI concepts like supervised and unsupervised learning, CNNs,

RNNs, Model evaluation frameworks, encoders, decoders, positional encodings

and feed-forward networks.

Knowledge of generative AI with Transformer models e.g. GPT-4 and Diffusion

models e.g. Stable Diffusion

Familiarity with cloud AI platforms like AWS, Azure, GCP especially in

deploying and managing AI releases

Problem-Solving and Critical Thinking: The ability to analyze problems, identify

root causes, and devise effective solutions as a fundamental to AI engineering

Passionate about data-driven decision making, as well as automating anything and

everything

Excellent communication skills: Demonstrated ability to explain complex technical

issues to both technical and non-technical audienceDriven, motivated team player

with a “Get the Stuff Done” mentality!

Working proficiency and communication skills in verbal and written English
