Job Summary

Houston Skilled Consultancy is seeking a highly motivated Remote Digital Chat Agent to join our dynamic team. This role focuses on providing exceptional customer support via digital channels such as live chat, email, and messaging platforms. As a Night Shift agent, you will assist clients with inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and ensure a seamless digital experience. This is a non-phone role, making it ideal for individuals who excel in written communication and enjoy problem-solving in a fast-paced environment. Paid training is provided to ensure your success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries via live chat and email with professionalism and accuracy.

  • Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues efficiently while maintaining a high level of satisfaction.

  • Document customer interactions and maintain detailed records of inquiries and resolutions.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex issues.

  • Maintain familiarity with company products, policies, and procedures to provide accurate guidance.

  • Continuously strive to meet performance metrics, including response times, quality, and customer satisfaction.

Required Skills and Qualifications
