We are looking for a Remote Airbnb Online Assistant to join our team in Calgary, Alberta, Canada. This part-time role will provide critical support to our operations, focusing on enhancing the guest experience and managing various administrative tasks effectively. Key Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly to guest inquiries and messages to ensure an excellent customer service experience.
  • Assist with managing bookings, including confirmation and rescheduling efforts.
  • Maintain accurate records of reservations and guest communications to facilitate smooth operations.
  • Support the management team in organizing and distributing relevant information regarding property availability and guest services.
  • Monitor Airbnb listings for accuracy and perform necessary updates to maintain compliance with platform standards.
  • Collaborate with team members to create effective strategies for enhancing guest experiences and addressing feedback.
  • Perform basic administrative tasks, including scheduling maintenance, tracking inquiries, and ensuring follow-ups are completed.

Required and Preferred Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or equivalent experience is required.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact professionally with guests and team members.

You will report directly to the Operations Manager, collaborating closely with various team members, including property managers and marketing personnel, to align on goals and project initiatives. Cross-functional collaboration will be essential to enhance the overall experience for our guests.
