What You’ll Do

As our Construction Administrative Assistant, you’ll be the backbone of our project operations. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Providing administrative support to the owner, colleagues and supervisors
  • Preparing and issuing contracts, and other project documentation
  • Tracking project schedules, budgets, and change orders
  • Coordinating communication between clients, subcontractors, and vendors
  • Paying and uploading invoices, purchase orders
  • Managing electronic filing systems
  • Assisting with material ordering or special orders
  • Calling leads and serving as a professional first point of contact

What We’re Looking For

  • 2+ years of administrative experience (construction industry preferred)
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Experience with “Check The Level” construction management software is a plus
  • High attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
  • A proactive, problem-solving mindset
