We are currently hiring **Mandarin Medical Interpreters** to support critical communication needs across Canada.

**Key Responsibilities**

+ Deliver accurate, real-time interpretation between English and Mandarin speakers

+ Facilitate communication within healthcare, insurance, financial, and legal settings

+ Maintain strict confidentiality and professionalism in all interactions

+ Demonstrate cultural sensitivity and empathy on every call

+ Participate in ongoing training and quality improvement initiatives

+ Provide interpretation via both audio and video platforms

**Qualifications**

+ Fluency in **English and Mandarin** (verbal comprehension and articulation required)

+ High school diploma or GED

+ Minimum 18 years of age and legally authorized to work in Canada

+ Quiet, distraction-free workspace with reliable high-speed internet

+ Strong listening skills, emotional intelligence, and composure under pressure

+ Ability to commit to **three weeks of full-time paid training**

+ Previous medical or healthcare-related experience is considered an asset (not required)
