Job Responsibilities As a Data Entry Clerk at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and completeness of our company databases and systems. Your responsibilities will include: * Entering and updating data into company databases and systems with precision and attention to detail * Ensuring the accuracy and completeness of entered data, and performing routine data verification and clean-up tasks as needed * Reviewing and checking documents for errors or discrepancies, and responding to inquiries related to data entry and providing support where needed * Assisting in data management tasks and report generation as required, and following data entry processes to maintain confidentiality * Working independently with minimal supervision, and utilizing your strong attention to detail and ability to focus on repetitive tasks Required Skills and Qualifications To be successful in this role, you'll need: * A high school diploma or equivalent (Associate's Degree or relevant certifications are a plus) * Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) * Strong attention to detail and ability to focus on repetitive tasks * Excellent written and verbal communication skills * Ability to work independently with minimal supervision * Reliable internet connection and access to a computer Preferred Skills While not required, experience with data entry or administrative tasks is a plus, and knowledge of database management systems or familiarity with basic data entry software and tools is a bonus.
