We focus on quality cleaning, happy customers, and reliable service.. Job Role:. We are looking for a friendly and organised Customer Service Representative to help with our daily tasks. You will talk to customers, send quotes, book jobs, and make sure everything runs smoothly between our clients and cleaning team.. Main Duties:. Answer calls, emails, and WhatsApp messages from customers.. . Send quotes for cleaning jobs and follow up to win bookings.. . Book jobs and assign them to the cleaning team.. . Keep WhatsApp messages organised by labelling clients.. . Follow up with customers after jobs to check they are happy.. . Handle any complaints or problems and make sure they are solved.. . Keep records of all clients and bookings.. . . What We Need From You:. Experience in customer service (cleaning or service industry preferred).. . Good communication skills (friendly and professional).. . Able to learn quickly and work on your own when needed.. . Organised and able to handle several tasks at once.. .
