We are seeking an enthusiastic and service-minded Client Experience Agent to join our expanding team.


In this role, you will be responsible for managing and enhancing the end-to-end client journey, ensuring every interaction is handled with professionalism, care, and efficiency.

You will act as a key point of contact for clients, guiding them through onboarding, addressing their needs, and maintaining strong, lasting relationships.

Key Responsibilities


  • Manage the full client lifecycle
  • Identify and act on opportunities for cross-selling and upselling to maximize client value and support business growth
  • Ensure an exceptional client experience by providing accurate, timely, and personalized communication
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams to resolve client requests and improve processes
  • Monitor client activity and engagement, identifying opportunities to enhance satisfaction and retention
  • Maintain organized and up-to-date records in internal systems
  • Strive to continuously improve the client journey and overall service quality


Qualifications & Skills


  • Fluency in English
  • 2+ years of experience in client relationship management, account management, or customer success, ideally within FinTech, Financial Services, or Online Trading
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a client-focused mindset
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail
  • Excellent problem-solving and organizational abilities
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field
