We are hiring 6 Months Contract HR Senior Executive Assistant to be outsourced to our clients from reputable healthcare organizations.

Job Responsibilities

  • Manage schedule and appointments
  • Prepare monthly management reports/presentation
  • Assist in the preparation of the Planning reports (as directed)
  • Assist to process applications for various purpose (as directed)
  • Support projects as assigned.
  • Provide analytical support for program launches
  • Timely preparation of report/presentation submission
  • Accuracy of data in planning reports
  • Accuracy of analytics provided
  • Prepare monthly Welcome Note for new hires
  • Verification of monthly allowance for interns
  • Prepare funding claims on a regular basis
  • Maintaining and updating compliance records (e.g., vaccination records)
  • Schedule meetings (e.g. HOD/Team Check-In meetings)
  • Assist in the preparation of documents
  • Maintaining and updating HR policies, SOPs and EDMs on external and internal SharePoint
  • Assisting and coordinating HR events/training
  • Timeliness of welcome note preparation and claim preparations
  • Ensure completeness of vaccination records
  • Ensure timely updates of HR policies and SOPs

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum Diploma in Human Resources or Business with specialisation in HR.
  • Proficient in Word, Excel and Power Point
